On the lower floor there is a spacious pool room with plenty of free space that can be used for yoga or other activities.

The villa is surrounded by several hectares of forest. In the large garden there are 3 terraces that are in the sun or shade at different times of the day. There is a direct neighbor with a friendly dog. Since it is forbidden to fence in the property, he can come visit when his owner is not at home.
